Neil Chakraborty
Managing Director
Neil is a shareholder and director of NGEN responsible for investment management and corporate strategy. Before NGEN he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in London from October 2006 to April 2013.
William Mok
Investment Director
William sits on the Investment Committee and is responsible for the build of the NGEN model portfolios. William joined NGEN from MSCI, the leading provider of investment indices, where he conducted research and development on MSCI/BARRA’s Risk Premia or Smart Beta indices.

Michelle Street
Financial Adviser
Michelle is a financial adviser in the Newcastle-under-Lyme and Oswestry offices. Prior to joining NGEN, Michelle worked as a financial adviser for AXA and a mortgage and protection adviser for Britannia Building Society.
Michelle has over 30 years experience in financial services and she specialises in providing personalised pension, investment, mortgage, and protection advice.
Mark Taylor
Financial Adviser
Mark is a financial adviser specialising in pensions, investments, protection and mortgages in our Newcastle under Lyme office. Prior to joining NGEN, he worked as a relationship manager at Santander Bank where he managed a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Louise Haigh
Financial Adviser
Louise is a financial administrator at NGEN. She provides administration support to advisors and oversees the processing of client files. Previously she worked for a manufacturing company for 16 years.
Louise has over 9 years’ experience in financial services.

Debashis Dasgupta
Head of Operations
Debashis DasGupta, a Post Graduate in Business Management and a Bachelor in Commerce with 24 years of experience in Retail Banking and Wealth Management roles. He has been in senior roles with organizations like CITI, UTI and Standard Chartered. His last assignment was as a consultant to an Indian Private Sector Bank for their Private Banking business.
Tazmin Carter
Financial Administrator
Tazmin is a financial administrator within NGEN. She started in 2016 as an apprentice. Tazmin has over 7 years’ experience in financial services.
Chloe Rheade
Paraplanner
Chloe is an administrator and paraplanner at NGEN. She provides a full administration service to advisors and assists with report writing and research. Chloe recently started working in the financial services sector. Prior to joining NGEN, she worked within legal services having previously completed her law degree.

Louise is a Financial Administrator at NGEN. She provides administration support to advisers and oversees the processing of client files. Louise started working for NGEN in November 2023, and prior to this she worked for Kidney Research.
