Neil Chakraborty

CO-FOUNDER

Neil is a director at NGEN FP, responsible for corporate strategy and investment management. Before NGEN, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in London where he worked as a Portfolio Manager. He and his team managed $1.4 billion of equity assets within a group that managed $7 billion. Previously, Neil was a Vice President at Credit Suisse in London. He started his career at a mining firm in Canada followed by a fintech firm specialising in banking applications. 

Neil holds an MSc in Mathematics & Finance from Imperial College, London and an MBA in Finance from The University of British Columbia, Canada. He also holds degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

rebecca rudge

co-founder

Rebecca is a co-founder of NGEN FP and works within corporate strategy. Before NGEN she was a director at Leonard Hull International Executive Search, where she specialised in boardroom appointments. Prior to that she was a founder director of Appoint Personnel Plc.

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages, majoring in Italian and German, from Birmingham University. She was an Erasmus exchange student in Freiburg and Verona Universities. Rebecca is a highly acclaimed opera singer and has performed in major venues internationally.

William Mok

Investment Director

William is a director at NGEN FP and works as an Investment Director. William joined NGEN from MSCI, where he conducted research on MSCI/BARRA’s Risk Premia indices and provided advice to the largest pension funds and sovereign wealth funds in Europe, Middle East & Africa. Previously, he was a Vice President at Nomura International in London, managing equity factor alpha solutions and index. Prior to Nomura, William worked as a senior quantitative analyst at Morgan Stanley in a team that managed over $4 billion. He started his career at Lehman Brothers.

William holds an MSc in Finance as well as a PhD in Mathematical Finance from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Michelle Street

Financial Adviser

Michelle is a Financial Adviser at NGEN FP. Before joining NGEN, she worked as a Financial Adviser for AXA Wealth and previously held managerial and advisory roles at Britannia Building Society.

Michelle specialises in providing personalised advice on pensions, investments, equity release, mortgages, and protection. She has over 30 years’ experience in financial services and takes pride in building long-term relationships with her clients and offering clear, tailored financial solutions to meet their individual needs.

Mark Taylor

Financial Adviser

Mark is a Financial Adviser at NGEN FP. Before joining NGEN, he worked as a Relationship Manager for Santander, where he managed a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

Mark provides expert, personalised advice on pensions, investments, equity release, mortgages, and protection. His client-focused approach is built on trust, clear communication, and lasting relationships.

Mark holds a degree in Sports Management from Loughborough University.

Louise Haigh

Financial Adviser

Louise is a Financial Adviser at NGEN FP. She provides investment advice to clients. Before becoming an adviser, she worked as a paraplanner conducting research and drafting financial strategies and suitability reports. Previously Louise worked for a manufacturing company for 16 years.

Debashis Dasgupta

Head of Operations

Debashis is the Head of Operations at NGEN FP, responsible for operational management and business processes. He is a lead sponsor of the firm’s strategic initiatives. Before NGEN, Debashis was a private banker at IDFC First Bank in India. Previously, he was International Banking Head at Standard Chartered Bank in India, Service & Operations Head for Citi’s UK and Europe NRI Business in London, and Service & Operations Head at UTI International in Singapore. 

Debashis holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta.

Chloe Rheade

Paraplanner

Chloe is a Paraplanner at NGEN FP. Before embarking on a career in financial services, she worked as a Litigation Executive in law firms in Chester.

Chloe has been with NGEN FP since 2022 and is an integral part of the paraplanning team. She plays a central role within the advice process, working closely with advisers to deliver high-quality research and detailed suitability reports across pensions and investments. She is responsible for conducting in-depth product and fund research and preparing comprehensive suitability reports, helping to ensure all recommendations are well-evidenced, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.

Chloe holds a Law Degree from the University of Chester.

Tazmin Carter

Financial Administrator

Tazmin is a Financial Administrator at NGEN FP, supporting advisers and clients across a broad range of administrative and operational activities. With over a decade of experience in financial services, she plays an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of client services.

Tazmin began her career in financial services in 2016 as an apprentice with UK Financial Services and has remained with the business through its transition to NGEN FP. Over the years, she has developed extensive experience in financial planning administration and client support, building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues and becoming a valued member of the team.

JACKIE quinlan

Financial Administrator

Jackie Quinlan is a Financial Administrator at NGEN FP, responsible for supporting operational management and business processes across the firm.

Before joining NGEN, Jackie held Project Coordinator and Authorisation Coordinator roles at Fintel/SimplyBiz plc, where she supported project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and FCA authorisation processes. Prior to Fintel, she spent over ten years at Leeds Building Society in a range of operational, compliance and supervisory positions. Earlier in her career, she worked in a variety of roles within Halifax and Lloyds Banking Group.

Jackie holds the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), a CMI Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management, and qualifications in training, supervision, and financial advice.

CAMILLA BOLDRIN

Financial Administrator

Camilla is a Financial Administrator at NGEN FP, responsible for providing administrative support to advisers and overseeing the processing of client files. She plays a key role in ensuring operational process efficiency and delivering a high standard of client service.

Before joining NGEN, Camilla worked as an Operational Administrator at Louis Dreyfus Company, where she worked on budgeting, financial analysis, cost management, and operational reporting. All of these were key inputs in business performance evaluation and executive decision making.

Camilla holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Multivix University, Brazil.
